Admissions to ANSEC are processed through the Ghana Education Service (GES) computerised school placement system (CSSPS). Prospective SHS 1 students are placed based on their BECE results. For transfers and special cases, contact our Admissions Office directly at [email protected] or call +233 (0) XXX XXX XXXX ext. 12.

School fees are due at the start of each term. Payment is accepted via GCB Bank direct deposit, mobile money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), or in-person at the Finance Office. Fee schedules are communicated via the school notice board and WhatsApp parent groups each term.

Yes. Visitation days are scheduled each term — usually one Saturday per month. Parents and guardians are expected to sign in at the gate and use the designated visiting areas. Unscheduled visits during exam periods are discouraged. Consult the school calendar for the current term's visitation dates.

Transcript and certificate requests are handled by the Academic Affairs office. Submit a written request in person or via email to [email protected], attaching a copy of your ID and school attendance years. Processing takes 5 – 10 working days. There may be a small administrative fee.

We love hearing from our alumni! Email [email protected] with your name, year of graduation, and programme. You can also visit the Alumni Portal on our website to update your details, join the directory, and hear about homecoming events. The ANSEC Alumni Association is very active and welcomes all graduates.

ANSEC is a Presbyterian institution with a strong sense of decorum. Visitors are expected to dress modestly and respectfully. Revealing clothing, shorts, and sleeveless tops are discouraged on campus. Smart-casual attire is appropriate. Please notify the gateman of the purpose of your visit.
